SARA has two catteries with plucky feline rescues - many of them 100% adoptable and ready for a good home. Often circumstances, such as near euthanization at local shelters, owner abandonment, or too many unwanted kittens, has led to their placement at SARA. Are you ready for a lap kitty, "kneading biscuits," and 101 games with string? Then we probably have the cat for you.
SARA has a large dog rescue population, with many waiting for adoption. Unlike in-city shelters, we have so many that will warm your heart, you're bound to find the perfect family addition.View More
